Welcome to Airstream Yoga.

I'm Helen, and I am living my dreams. I live in an Airstream travel trailer on a 10 acre piece of Texas Hill Country with my husband, dog and 2 cats, and teach yoga in nearby Wimberley. I've got an over-abundance of energy and a devotion to serving others, so I keep busy spreading it around.

Please check the good life blog for the latest details.

Indoor TreeYoga™ has begun!

Our indoor grove is complete and I teach, play and share this fun, powerful, blissful yoga practice with people young and old. Check out the photos or follow the story on the blog above, and come and take a class on Friday afternoons @ 4:30 - no matter what your level of fitness is, there's fun for you in the trees. Most of these women are 40 - 70 years young. So awesome!

Yoga Classes.

The Still Water Studio.
I have a small yoga studio with lots of classes - we've got HOT yoga and Hatha yoga and Kundalini and meditation classes there, and next door my partners offer massage and hypnosis, reiki and reiki training. Every day there is perfect.

I sit on the board of Wimberley Well, a volunteer council dedicated to promoting all forms of healthier living in our community. Our mission is to become The Fittest Little Town in Texas, and we keep busy with regular monthly full moon walks, an annual health fair, and the $3 Community Fitness Class, that I teach twice a week in the main hall of the Wimberley Community Center. Class starts at 9 am every Monday & Friday, costs $3, and works on everybody 9 - 90. Bring a mat and blanket if you can. Chairs available if you need them.
